About

Sarah is a registered psychologist with over 15 years’ experience providing psychological assessment and therapy to individuals with complex emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental needs. She brings a calm, thoughtful, and compassionate approach to therapy, with a strong focus on creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel understood.

Sarah works with adults experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, aggression, substance use, and other emotional and behavioural challenges. Sarah has a special interest in neurodivergence, particularly ADHD and autism, and enjoys working with neurodivergent clients in ways that are affirming, respectful, and tailored to individual strengths.

Her approach is neuro-affirming, person-centred, and trauma-informed. She works collaboratively with clients to build understanding, develop practical strategies, and move towards change at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful.

Drawing on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Sarah adapts her work to suit each person’s unique strengths, needs, and way of thinking.
